Pre-Construction Meeting

Step One Pre-Construction Meeting - Before construction begins, you the homebuyer, are guided through the entire building process. Starting with a meeting to introduce the construction team and to answer any questions regarding the construction time.

Pre-Drywall Frame Work

Step Two Pre-Drywall Fram Walk - - Prior to drywall installation, a secof construction professional gives you a guided tour, allowing you to inspect the inner workings of your home, view its quality components, verify optional features you have selected, and ask questions.

Quality Assurance Inspection

Step Three Quality Assurance Inspection - Before your final walk through secof construction conducts its own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standars. Any needed repairs or touch-ups are made nd the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Pre-Closing Orientation

Pre-Closing Orientation

Step Four Pre-Closing Orientation - When your home is finished. Secof Construction's customer relations managers will take you on a room by room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.

30-Day Follow Up

Step Five 30 Day Follow-Up - Once you are all settled in we check back by letter, phone, or even by a knock on the door to ensure continued satisfaction.

3-Month Follow Up

Step Six 3 Month Follow-Up - To reinforce Secof Construction's commitment to customer satisfaction, we schedule a service check approximately three months after closing.

11-Month Follow Up

Step Seven 11 Month Follow-Up - Eleven months after closing we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.
