While living in Texas, Temperance dreamed of returning to her home state of North Carolina.  She fondly recalled  trips to Carolina Beach with her Grandmother, while growing up in the Raleigh area.  At her urging, Ken began the search for the perfect location and home for them.  Ken also fell in love with the beaches and growth in Wilmington.  Ultimately, Temperance and Ken chose Citrus Cove, a quiet and cozy new community of only 36 home sites, tucked away
in the heart of  Monkey Junction.  They liked that Carolina Beach, shopping, restaurants and great schools are all nearby.  After previewing other Secof communities and seeing firsthand the craftsmanship and attention to detail offered by the Builder, they chose a cul de sac home site and the split 3 bedroom, 2 bath Islamorada floor plan with a separate dining room and sunroom, becoming the first homeowners at Citrus Cove.They are now enjoying a great new neighborhood and their lovely new home with the other family members, Texas (what a face) and little Lucy and sweet Pumpkin the cat.
